We have partnered with myHQ as our technology partner to manage our entire VO business. Within the framework of this partnership agreement, WW VO memberships can be purchased both through the WW website and the myHQ website. In both cases, the sales and the booking process will be conducted by myHQ. Be rest assured, the transaction experience will continue to be seamless and secure for our customers.

All your existing and future WeWork bookings, memberships and orders do not get affected in any manner.

Since the payment is being processed by myHQ, you will receive the confirmation and invoice from myHQ itself.

Absolutely. myHQ payments are driven by the same payment gateway as WeWork’s so there is no concern here altogether. Your payment information is handled with utmost care and security when you're redirected to the myHQ website. Here are some key measures our partner-myHQ has in place to ensure the safety of your payment information:

  1. Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and myHQ servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
  2. Payment Gateway: myHQ has partnered with a trusted and reputable payment gateway- Razorpay- which is compliant with stringent security standards. myHQ / Razorpay does not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) when processing payment. Your payment information is securely processed by this gateway, which specializes in safeguarding sensitive financial data.
  3. Data Handling: myHQ adheres to strict data handling protocols. Your payment information is not stored on myHQ servers after the transaction is completed. This reduces the risk of data breaches.
  4. Regular Security Audits: We conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. This ensures that our systems are up-to-date and resistant to emerging threats.

Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. GST Registration Plan: Scale your business with a premium address in under 15 minutes and get government-compliant documents for GST registration. This plan suits best those who require a professional business address for Additional Place of Business (APOB).

Business Registration Plan: Establish your business with a premium address in under 15 minutes and get government-compliant documentation for company registration. This plan best suits those who want to get their business incorporated.

You can book a day pass or conference room via your virtual office membership. The bookings can be made via your membership dashboard or you can also visit https://wework.co.in/workspaces/on-demand/day-pass to make new bookings.

WeWork offers a standard docket of documents that includes

a) Membership Agreement

b) WeWork NOC specific to GST or ROC

c) Utility bills

d) Lease deed between the landlord and WeWork (Additional)

e) Board of directors resolution( Additional)

WeWork shall provide you with all the essential documents that you may need to apply for business registrations. The sole responsibility of obtaining the registrations rests with you as the member and WeWork India shall not be liable in the case of rejection from the authorities.

However, in the absolute worst-case scenario, if the registrations still do not get accepted due to any unforeseeable circumstances, we shall issue a full refund for the membership taken to the original mode of payment.

Post your purchase, you'll have to log in to your dashboard to complete the KYC process. You'll need the director's KYC details (PAN or Aadhar or passport ) to complete your account verification.

We hope you don’t leave us but if you do decide to cancel your membership, you must share a copy of your business deregistration or proof of change in business address. Please note the virtual office memberships are non-refundable.

You'll be able to renew or upgrade your membership with your current active plan. For renewal under the same plan, you will be charged in full for the additional period that you are buying and your new start date will begin after the current plan expires. For upgrades, you'll be charged on a pro-rata basis on the current plan.

We accept payments through Debit/Credit cards, UPI and Net banking.
