We have partnered with myHQ as our technology partner to manage our entire VO business. Within the framework of this partnership agreement, WW VO memberships can be purchased both through the WW website and the myHQ website. In both cases, the sales and the booking process will be conducted by myHQ. Be rest assured, the transaction experience will continue to be seamless and secure for our customers.

Is my VO booking affected in any manner? (New)

All your existing and future WeWork bookings, memberships and orders do not get affected in any manner.

Will I get my invoices through WeWork or through myHQ? (New)

Since the payment is being processed by myHQ, you will receive the confirmation and invoice from myHQ itself.

Absolutely. myHQ payments are driven by the same payment gateway as WeWork’s so there is no concern here altogether. Your payment information is handled with utmost care and security when you're redirected to the myHQ website. myHQ has partnered with a trusted and reputable payment gateway, Razorpay, which is compliant with stringent security standards. This is the same gateway that WeWork also used before this transition.. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) when processing payment.

Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCIDSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

You can book a day pass or conference room through your Virtual Office membership. The bookings can be made via your membership dashboard or you can also visit https://ondemand.wework.co.in/ to make new bookings.

What are the documents that will be provided under the GST Registration Plan & Business Registration Plan?

WeWork offers a standard docket of documents that include:

Lease deed between the landlord and WeWork (Additional)
Board of directors resolution( Additional)

Will I receive a refund if my application for any registration is rejected?

WeWork shall provide you with all the essential documents that you may need to apply for business registrations. The sole responsibility of obtaining the registrations rests with you. WeWork India shall not be liable in the case of rejection from the authorities. However, in the absolute worst-case scenario, if the registrations still do not get accepted due to any unforeseeable circumstances, we shall issue a full refund for the membership to the original mode of payment.

What are the documents required to book a Virtual Office?

Post your purchase, log in to your dashboard to complete the KYC process. You will need the director's KYC details (PAN or Aadhar or passport) to complete your account verification.

Can I cancel my Virtual Office membership?

We hope you don’t leave us but if you do decide to cancel your membership, you must share a copy of your business deregistration or proof of a change in business address. Please note, Virtual Office memberships are non-refundable.

How long does it take to get a registered landline number?

After completing your KYC verification, please drop an email at supportvirtualoffice@wework.co.in with your company details and the call forwarding number you would want us to assign. Our teams will help you with a landline number within 7 days.

Can I upgrade my membership to a higher Virtual Office plan?

You will be able to renew or upgrade your membership with your current active plan. For renewal under the same plan, you will be charged in full for the additional period that you are buying and your new plan will begin after the current plan expires. For upgrades, you'll be charged on a pro-rata basis on the current plan.

What are the accepted modes of payment for Virtual Office by WeWork?

We accept payments through Debit/Credit cards, UPI and Net banking.
